Housing Headquarters was founded in 1997 by Sarah Hackett with the goal of creating a “premier service organization” dedicated to supporting the insurance industry and its policyholders.

We firmly believe that we need to prove our value “one relocation at a time.” As a result, we treat each relocation with the utmost respect and attention to detail, saving you time and money while providing superior service to your policyholder.

Thanks to that belief, our company has consistently grown through the years. We work with over one hundred insurance companies, handle claims throughout the U.S. and place thousands of families into temporary homes each year. We also pride ourselves on featuring a team that has over a hundred years combined experience working in or with the insurance industry.
