Housing Headquarters' Customer Service Department provides 24-hour service for policyholders, ensuring their needs are met any time of day. Our entire staff works hard to facilitate the family’s smooth transition into the temporary residence, solve property-related issues and make them feel comfortable during their stay. 

Home Maintenance
We’re there for the family throughout their stay. Should some problem occur, such as the rental home’s furnace stops working, the policyholder can contact us and within 15 minutes one of our team members will be on the phone with them to find a solution.

Hassle-Free Experience
To make the process easier for the family, our team will:
Coordinate furniture, appliance & housewares delivery, exchanges and requests
Monitor the family's stay via follow-up calls
Conduct lease extensions or terminations, per adjuster direction
Coordinate furniture, appliance & housewares pickup
Coordinate final inspection walkthrough of rental property
Mediate rental property and furniture deposit disputes
