Housing Headquarters was founded in 1997 by Sarah Hackett with the goal of creating a “premier service organization” dedicated to supporting the insurance industry by placing policyholders in quality temporary housing.

We work with over a hundred insurance companies and hundreds of landlords, handle claims throughout the U.S. and place thousands of families in temporary homes each year. We also pride ourselves on featuring a team that has over 100 years combined experience working in or with the insurance industry.

As a result of this experience, we understand how to provide you with a smooth and easy rental experience. We handle all payments and lease terms and coordinate all move procedures, including key exchange, professional furniture delivery, and final walk-through at move out.
