Housing Headquarters was founded in 1997 by Sarah Hackett with the goal of creating a “premier service organization” dedicated to supporting the insurance industry and its policyholders. We work with over a hundred insurance companies, handle claims throughout the U.S. and place thousands of families in temporary homes each year.

As a result of this experience, we understand the terrible ordeal you’re going through and the difficulties of your situation. You just lost your home. Your possessions may have been destroyed. You might not even have ID, cash or credit cards available. Working with you and your family, we’ll make sure your housing needs are met as quickly and smoothly as possible.
